Hey, I’m Cori!
I’m a film art graduate from South Seas Film School in Auckland, NZ. I am passionate in prop and set making and character and set design.
00 About
Drawn to the world of creative arts in pursuit of a life where I can learn and create immersive ideas that people can fall into. Experimenting with a wide range of medians, I love to explore different ways of expressing emotion and bringing ideas to life, deepening my love for visual story telling. Whether at a canvas, in a workshop, or sketching concepts, I feel most in touch with myself when I am creating.
01 Modelling
Modelling
Using a mix of mediums including epoxy resins, EVA foam, and modelling clays.

Genetic misfit
I designed this character from a brief script given to us in my course called “Genetic Misfits”, a post apocalyptic world with radioactivity altered antagonist “pirate like characters. I sculpted his head from sculpey modelling clay, he is primed and painted with acrylic, and gloss sealed on his wounds, with a matt sealant on his skin.

Set Design
Tavern set South Seas College in 2024.

Tavern Chandelier
I made this chandelier for a set for a short film that my class made. The set was a medieval fantasy tavern, the chandelier was one of the larger props that i was allocated to design and make for this set. I made the candelabras out of Eva floor mats which I carved on a belt sander and coated in wood putty. The “wheel” is also made from EVA mats reinforced with corrugated plastic and textured with a Dremel and hot glue.
03 Set Design
Mushroom Forest
We carved the mushrooms from styrofoam and plasterd over them before painting.
